Anyone thinking about selling their mk2 vRS?

Featured Replies

having been car-less for a few years now i've decided i need one. i never really got a kick out of driving until (don't laugh!) borrowing my mum's (automatic) Audi TT over Christmas... and i want to re-create that feeling of having fun driving--but on a budget! and that's how i've ended up here.

i thought i'd found the perfect car until finding this forum and from what i gather, as long you get a mk2 vRS from someone who's looked after it properly then you're alright (and it helps to get a late 2012+ model but apparently they still have issues too).

i've messaged a few people selling mk2 vRSs on Auto Trader and all of them (so far) have claimed to never have an issue with the engine / oil. this may be true of course but i'm wary and so i thought i'd try here and find out if anyone is considering getting rid of their beloved mk2?

Whats your budget ?

I'm on the look out for one aswell! budget wise ideal between £4k - £5k
