I'd say mid 200's would be about it, although if you sacrifice reliability you could probably get nearer the 300. Wouldn't be massively driveable though.

Or get a boggo 1.2 and transplant a 350-400 bhp 1.8T into it - that's where my money would go if doing a big power Fabia.

how much money have you got?

If you want power then forget a Fabia vRS get a real car that is petrol.

Plenty of people run just over the 200 mark, a few are in the high 220's one or two in the 230s. So I reckon the 250 is do-able.

You're looking at turbo upgrade, FMIC, clutch at the very least to hit that power, and I sure wouldn't like to try that without brake/suspension upgrades to match.

Mine's got a fair bit more done to it, but it's only on mild settings right now (phase 1 custom code, i.e. generic map) as well as mild LPG settings (very mild, lowest expected to work).

The LSD helps put the power down in a more usable manner, and the rest of the tweaks to the car help sustain the power + control the car whilst driving and braking.

Quietly confident Jason's car will be a fair bit more powerful then mine right now, even with LPG fitted, as I really need a phase 2/3 to make the most out of my engine pre-LPG, let alone post-LPG fitting.

If you want a reliable car without uprating clutch etc, I'd stick to a mild-ish remap, probably worth considering a switchable one like AMD one-click or similar, or get a tuning box. That way you will probably avoid the clutch problem in the near future if driven reasonably :)
