Is there a way to know if a car has been remapped? I have have a ross tech up to date scanner though I'm no expert at using it yet,

 

When I bought my scout and was told it had been remapped but never had any receipt of proof, mind you it does feel quite nippy for a large car

Then Advanced Indentification

 

There should be a list of programming attempts/date

 

But there does exist tools that can roll back the values, or if it was flashed on a bench (not usually for that year)
