Hello guys 

 

First post here so im sorry if something isnt correctly done.

 

But, here is my problem.

I bought a Octavia RS tdi 2011 recently, that the mfsw buttons didnt work.

Today I took the column apart and there is a random (maybe not so random if you know what it is) cable laying there, may this be the problem why thing isnt working? Atleast it should be plugged in somewhere.

Only thing i know that it is a ground, and I looks like its coming from the fusebox inside.

 

FYI the owner before me had the car looked over by a shop and they changed the clockspring and the steeringwheel module

Worth mentioning is that this wire is Pink-ish color that someone has extended with green
