This morning on the busy, fast flowing A34, Berkshire, I was grateful for the front assist on the Octavia Mk4. Traffic in my lane up ahead braked hard, I reacted when seeing the van ahead high-level brake light come on - but the Octy reacted quicker than I did and we all came to a halt safely. First time I’ve experienced the assist systems working at/near full potential, and hopefully the last!

 

Someone clipped the bridge at St Madoes nr Perth today as well. St Madoes folk must be weeping they just got the overpass back after it was closed for 9 months after the last time.
