It states Loading Settings for a long period of time,

Then states > Sorry , Unable to Load user profile.

I have a white Globe indicating connectivity.

I have share my position on.

I cant join a wifi network from the car to improve connectivity.

Any Thoughts?

Hello,

I have the same problem, but my globe is grey.

Did you find a solution?

Thanks,

Adler

The grey globe indicates that the car isn’t connected to the online services, which are needed for syncing the user etc. IIRC new cars come with 1 year connection, after that it’s an annual subscription to Škoda Connect (but also check Infotainment Online (or whatever it’s called) for what they cover).

Hi Steve,

Thank you for the reply.

I can see.the unit has connection to the servers as if I put the wrong password it tells me it's incorrect. Also if the profile is not complete and missing information like full name and pin code it tells me that I need to complete my profile. But after I complete the profile I can login. I always receive the error. "Unable to load user profile".

Any clue?

Thanks,

Adler

The only thing I can think of is that the profile is corrupted.

Maybe try creating a new one, or resetting the infotainment system.
