You need to unpack the Zip to Desktop, or any other temporary folder.

Then you need to copy all the folders and files to the root of the USB drive

So for example F:\MIB31_xxxxxxxxx,

not F:\OI_P41_EU_202025_Offline_Update folder name

I am sure someone will tell you soon the update to map will not work, perhaps it wont (also there is no "update" map button, it does it in the background after a few hours if it does indeed load)

I'm going to say it. You cannot update like that. Updates are done automatically Maps are done twice a year June and December and the cannot be backdated you need skoda connect up to date free or paid for if not you won't get any

I don`t know what exactly happened , but looks like my maps did update yesterday after posting this .

I have used the usb 3 file method , but also fiddled with online update as well .

I understand the file is very large so it would have taken a all my mobile phone plan ( I used my phone as a hotspot) but it did not use more than a few mb`s.

i also left the usb attached but for like 10 mn max ( that is surely not enough ???)

I have no idea what is going on here 2_19.thumb.jpg.8b9b2f60d75219c0e6d5df9b0427e8f8.jpg1307650299_MIB3SOFTWARE.thumb.jpg.547359fd1826e8fe520f9ea19bdf6e08.jpg
