Cambelt change

Featured Replies

Does anyone know the cost of a cambelt change on a mk III 110kw diesel please? I seem to recall the cost on a mk II 125kw diesel being in the £400 area, but I have no idea if this carries over to the newer models or what?

@ Skoda Main Dealers it can be POA now.

So pick a number any number according to the vehicle.

Prices are getting to be like this in 2023 though.

Dealers are charging upwards of £700-1000 now for a tdi timing belt.

I offer them for just under £500 at the moment if it’s any good to you and you’re near north London.

Had a few customers get quotes from independents ranging from £400-800

Hi ApertureS,

I realise this thread and your comment are a few years old now, but would you be able to give me an up to date quote for a cambelt, water pump and ancillary belt change on a 2019 Superb 2.0 to please?

Where about’s in North London are you please?

@Ryanthefireman Aperture hasn’t been on since July. He has been very sporadic all year; I don’t know if anyone’s spoken to him but I think other stuff just took priority. Try sending him a PM in case but otherwise, probably best not to hold your breath on this

Thank you. Much appreciated.
