Description: V5 is in my name and car garaged every night. I’ve owned it since October 2021 at 49k miles and have the history of previous owners and changeover dates. 
 

Condition: Overall in excellent condition inside and out, apart from the usual minor age-related marks. No panel damage or any car park dings.

Service History/Receipts/Recent Service work: Full service history, with everything done when it was required. Service history can be checked online and I have every receipt since I’ve owned it and many from previous owners. All Skoda original books are present. Cam belt and water pump were replaced at 44000 miles. DSG oil was changed at 46000 miles. Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted all round at 49700 miles, now at 61000 miles with at least 4.4mm minimum remaining. Hunter 4 wheel alignment done when tyres were replaced. Most servicing in my ownership has been done by Sunset VW in Derby. January 2022 service included brake fluid change, Haldex oil change and transfer box oil change, all at 50500 miles. Rear brake pads replaced in November 2022.  January 2023 service was oil and filter. New Yuasa battery fitted recently.
 

Negative points - steering wheel right-hand switch cluster has a loose cover but all operates correctly; both rear lower suspension arms have some corrosion (advisory on last MOT which was September 2022 at 55000 miles). Wheels are not bad at all but do have some lacquer coming off and a couple of other marks.

Mods: infotainment upgraded to latest version by East Yorkshire Retrofits, coded in auto-dip headlights, coded out start-stop and drive mode light illumination (and a few other things I can’t recall). Smart link (Apple Car Play) in present but is not activated. I’ve fitted folding mirrors. Rear boot liner.
