Neither of those is a quater (sic), or even a quarter panel. One is an inner bed side for a Felicia pickup, and the other is a rear inner wheel arch for same. I couldn't help you further with sourcing panels even if I knew what you needed and you've not told us.

There's 2-3 thicknesses of steel around the turret, it might not be a bad as it looks. It could be worth chipping what you've got back in case the bottom one's still solid, in which case, it's not too bad to plate the other layers back in.
