Road angel dashcam installation

I have purchased a road angel halo view dashcam ( one that’s fits over the rear view mirror) there is a rear facing camera which can act as a reversing camera which can be mounted externally. The camera can be connected to the reversing light so when the reverse gear is selected the camera goes into reverse parking mode.

my questions are

1 has anyone fitted this type of dashcam and is it worth it

2  if it is a good device where is wire (and colour)  to the reverse light that I need to ‘splice’ into?

3 where can I get a copy of the wiring diagram for this car?

the car is a Superb L&K 2 litre automatic 4x4 hatchback 2014 model
