I suspect the speaker has blown it certainty sounds like it ! 

 

Has anyone done the job is it straight forward and how much did the speaker cost ?

 

I suspect it wont be covered by the warranty.

The speakers are riveted to the door, they need drilling out and replacing.

Other than that, they are fairly straightforward to replace. 

 

A brand new speaker can be had for around £50-70

Cheers I'll see if I can get it done for nowt first then have a look.
