Towbar wiring on 2013 VRS - OEM kit fuse box connections and pin 10?

Hi all, 

I bought a new (to me) 2013 Octavia VRS hatchback last month. 

I got my hands on a Westfalia detachable towbar (317132600001) and an OEM 13 pin wiring kit (5E0055316A) as the car doesn't have towing prep. 

I bought the wiring kit from a third party seller and it came with no installation instructions. 

I cannot find a copy of the instructions for this exact kit, but from looking at the instructions for the PF Jones kit and the Westfalia kit I think I have the connections to the BCM figured out. 

The fuse box is a different story. 

There are three cables with connections for the fuse box, one is red/green, one is red/yellow and one is red/purple. There is also 1 x 30A fuse and 2 x 20a fuses. 

I'm assuming they go to terminals 28, 38 and 44 like the other kits, but I am not sure in what order they should go. 

Does anyone have a manual or know the order in which they should go? 

Another issue, although not as important. 

There is no pin 10, 11 or 12 on the plug. 

To future proof the install in case I decide to take up caravanning, is there an additional kit available that could be installed when I have the trim off?
