The car won't start. There is no power in the cluster.

Featured Replies

Hello,

There is no electricity in the cluster.

I checked the fuses, they are good.

The radio also asks for a code, which is not usual.

The windows do not work, but the central locking, interior lighting and cigarette lighter work.

Does anyone have experience with this, where to look for the problem?

I have attached a couple of wiring diagrams.

I beleive cluster itself is faulty...

@Baliii
Have you measured the voltage levels at various positions? What is the battery voltage?

Battery voltage is good. It was already tested with another battery.

When it is faulty, there is no voltage from SC1 to SC6 marked in the drawing at the internal fuse board.

Did you get this sorted? As I just had the same issue

No battery, yep that would prevent starting!!!! 😄

Is that a fractured wire in the second photo amongst the red tape around the loom? A previous bodge come to light?
