During my drive to work this morning an animal ran into the road causing me to brake violently. Fortunately I missed the animal but as I continued on my way there was a beep-beep sound from in the cabin then a pause then another beep-beep. No warning lights were shown on the dash. Assuming that the fabia doesn't have an emergency check underwear sounder what could the beeps signify?

It could have been the low brake fluid warning, as it was sloshing on and off the sensor, though this would have been accompanied by the handbrake warning light.
