Need help with the injectors not working properly

So I have a 2000 Skoda Fabia with an AUB 1.4 engine and I have a problem with 2 of the injectors only working at the start of the crank and then stop. I tried swapping the connectors and the problem moved so I think its a problem in the electrical department. Does anyone have any experience with this issue/have tips on how to diagnose further as I am not sure if its just a bad connector, if its the harness or the ECU
