Could I use my VAG-COM to do similar things that I do to my Fabia to an S reg SEAT Ibiza?

Anti-Hijack

One click/One door unlock

Those kinda things?

Yes, if you have an Ibiza (6L). Selective locking can be achieved by recoding the comfort system control module.

S reg would be a 6K I think (MK3 Ibiza)

Never heard of the term "S reg", sorry for the unnecessary post then. A 6K doesn't have a diagnostic capable comfort system/central locking, so no way to alter anything related to this system.

"S reg" relates to the year designating letter at the end/start of UK registrations , i.e. S123ABC would be on a vehicle registered between August 1998 and February 1999 iirc , then T reg would be March 1999 to September 1999

S-reg is a mk2 with facelift but it is '6K'

Mine is pretty basic so I wouldn't expect the usual vag-com tricks apart from fault reading
