I am new to this forum in fact i am new to social media i don't have any yes the last person on planet earth with no social media accounts except this one.

 

i ordered a new kodiaq in April 2023 here we are Sept 2023 and i have no build date nothing haven't heard from Skoda in 6 months i have an order number and i called the dealer tooday as i am getting worried about the wait. As far as i am concerned they were rude and dismissive. does anyone have any idea why it should take this long and still have no build week

I ordered Skoda combi iV in May 2022, they mentioned my delivery will be on Jan or Feb 2024. I was so very disappointed with their slowness

There is a huge long thread on delivery times in this forum - main reasons quoted are:

- shortage of semiconductors due to surge in demand post Covid

- loss of factory in Ukraine used to manufacture wiring looms

- more orders than expected for hybrid versions
