Hi. Is it possible to have the front parking lights and turn signals on at the same time

The 'Parking Lights' one front & one rear sidelight )position light) and one number plate light are on when stopped / parked with ignition off and the indicator stalk down.

The Indicator should not be flashing or able to as the ignition is off.

 

The Hazards can be put on.

 

Are you asking about something else like the Side lights & indicators?

Or do you want the DRL (Daytime / Daylight running light) to stay lit while the indicator works?
