LED interior flicker when off?

Having followed some helpful advice on how to get the damn thing out I have swapped out interior lights to C5W LED version they are much brighter BUT when I lock doors and the dim out they remain very dimly light (flickering) I suspect this is a residual current the leds respond to? Anyone have any experience with this ? Would hate to get a slow drain/flat battery issue or worse…..thanks for any views

Intermittent jerks after a few kilometres of driving followed by Error codes

Hello All, I recently purchased a 2018 Skoda Kodiaq style Diesel. After about a month of purchase while driving in traffic the vehicle gave intermittent jerks a few times and this stopped. Later after another kilometer or so the Glow plugs and ESC error code started flashing followed by a park assist code. Reverse camera stopped working. The idle RPM went up from 900 to 1200 RPM. However the codes went away and the RPM was back to 900 after stopping and restarting the engine. The mechanic did

I’ve seen two cars on Autotrader, both 2018 and the technical and details in the ads suggest one is 227 BHP and the other is 242. Both appear to be the facelift variant, based on the split front headlights. Is there any other way of confirming the engine BHP apart from relying on the advert contents? Thanks

As the title says i am looking to change one of our cars for the last of the Mk3's, should i go for the petrol or diesel, either way it will be a DSG. The price difference between petrol and the oil option is about 30p per litre so that is a fair bit. I do about 10,000 per year so am thinking that diesel may not be the way to go. I keep hearing about chain issues or oil consuption on the TSI engine but that seems to be in the early versions, not the ones that would be in a 2020 car. What do you
