When you were attempting the throttle body alignment did you ensure that all pre-conditions were met? All engine ECU fault codes cleared,  11.5V minimum battery voltage with ignition on, etc, as described on the Ross-tech page.

Yeah made sure all that was good before doing it.

We have done it about 3 times now as it keep losing alignment sometimes it will hold for a day we done one yesterday soon as we turned car on to leave the throttle body started rattling then all lights come on before the wheels even turned.
