98K miles Superb for £12k what should I know?

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a 2019 98k miles superb, list price is 12,200 its the 2.0 TDI CR SE L Executive 5dr. 

What should I be looking out for/saving up for if I buy this car. I heard the 5 year Cam belt recommendation has been dropped and I think I've read that it is 140k miles that it needs changing.

What is the expected lifespan of the dmf and clutch on one of these?

Anything I should be wary of/looking for when I buy it? Its a really beautiful car I just don't know if I need a reality check! Surely at those miles its just been eating up the motorway which is what these cars with this engine were made for.
