Update my Sat Nav?

Looking to update the maps on my Sat Nav. Trouble is I'm not even sure what model it is so if anyone can give me some pointers it'd be much appreciated.
There is only one SD card slot on the left next to 'Media' button and a slot for CDs.
Pics below with software version etc.

 

EDIT. Been looking on Google and I think I have an RNS315 Amundsen+. 

Would this the the correct SD card to update the maps?
