In the last few days I can't lock my car by touching (any of) the door handles.  However it unlocks in the usual way when you put your hand inside the handle.  

Any ideas? 

You won't be the only one with this problem, the same thing happens with my Škoda. 

I don't know if it's a problem, but it happens when it's winter outside, the temperature is around 0⁰ and it's wet or snowy.

Yep, I've had this problem recently, although it has also occurred on warmer days too, seems very hit and miss. Although I have my car unlock with proximity unlocking. 

 

Something I've been trying to turn off, but can't find the option!

I have many videos of sensors not working, but when the car is in the service, everything works and the warranty repair is refused.

 

Yes, even in good warm weather sometimes the sensors don't work. The problem could be because the key and the phone are in the same pocket.
