Dear ones,

I have a Karoq Exec 1.0 TSI 2019 Manual gearswitch.

One of my cards ( equal sized as  a credit card) was swallowed on the cover lid of the usb port box in front of the gear switch.

There is no way to reach it without removing the lid or perhaps the entire box. The card actually  slid further back.

 

Had anyone already delt with this issue?

Is there a solution or a guide to remove the box and recover the card?
