Front wheel arch rust

The front wing has bubbles forming along the edge alongside a plastic cover so I'm looking to rub down and paint at some. 

 

Is the wheel arch liner difficult to remove lads ??

Very easy - follow videos on YouTube but on older cars the fixings can be dirty or rusted. try a small wire brush to clean them first.
