driveshaft rattling?

Featured Replies

was reversing into a parking bay the other day and had full right lock on the steering and heard a loud rattle/vibration from the right front wheel! checked it on left lock and no sounds at all. All seems well in normal driving but the sound is present if i reverse with full right lock every time now. Any ideas or is it just lack of gas/torque making the driveshaft vibrate a bit?

How old is the car? How many miles?

Is it a vibration or a violent clicking type feeling/noise?

car is 2004/54 with 13000 on the clock. its not a cv joint clicking sound, more like a full on knocking sound from the right front wheel.
