Got stuck in some mud today and realised I don't seem to have the tow hooks for my car.

 

Car is second hand and didn't come with a tyre or tyre kit so I've already bought all of that but that didn't include a tow hook.

 

So, are there usually 2 tow hooks, one for front and one for back or is it just for the back? 

 

Could anyone recommend a good source for these? I've seen loads on eBay but always a bit sceptical about ebay for certain products.

I've only got one hook, so I assume it works for both ends as I've never used it.

Do you know the size of the hooks? Thread size, length.
