Where could I find the infotainment details like serial number or model number and version in Skoda Slavia?

The chap in the video holds pressed the 'Menu' button but it may be the 'Setup' button on your unit.

Try this and upload a photo of the screen - I would be interested to see it.

Kindly have a look and suggest if any update for android auto/apple car play available for this.

This is the result of putting your SW Train number in MIB-Helper.com but I do not know enough to advise on CarPlay updates.  I would advise NOT to do a firmware update until you find out if this is required for CarPlay.
