Estate parcel shelf. Mk3 and Mk4?

Hi all. 

Need to purchase a retractable parcel shelf for my mk3 estate but was wondering if the mk4 is the same

Its close but probably no cigar.  You own a MK3; use MK3 bits!

I bought the car as a Cat N and it wasn't in the car. Looking at the mk3 and 4 next to each other they look identical but the Mk4 is cheaper for some reason. 🤔
