Service history.

Featured Replies

Hi all.

Bought a Mk3 octavia vrs estate Cat N from a salvage auction but there's no service history book with it. Is there any way I can find the history via a database. The on board computer says next service due in just over 8000 miles. I'm more concerned whether the water pump and belt is done - but didn't want to pay out if it's already done. 🤔🙄

There are no service books. If it’s been serviced within the dealer network, they can tell you.  Not sure what happens if it’s been serviced out with though.

That would be great. Thank you

There's a good chance it'll have some digital record. I can see that @ApertureSha kindly offered to let you know. I'm missing one service on mine, but next to impossible to track down as it was outside of the warranty period with no digital record then, until the Skoda main dealer had just serviced it for me, recently prior to me buying it.
