Sköda Rapid making ticking sound after cold start at random intervals

Sköda Rapid making ticking sound after cold start at random intervals and the sound is sporadic. Please note the entire AC assembly was replaced 6 months ago and timing belt as well. Timing kit was fine so no changes made.

First time this noise came was when the car was parked for good 15 days during the cold weather in India where lowest goes till 3 degree Celsius. Once the cold start was over and the car was put in gear the noise went away. This noise is sporadic during cold starts and I hardly hear it when I am constantly driving.
