Active component protection

Hi I have this problem sometimes when I start my car the multimedia I'll work for a few seconds then it will show active component protection and then the multimedia restart it self a few times and then the system works fine
I've been to the dealership twice already and they did a software update but it didn't resolve the issue
Someone know what's the problem?
Stuff I need to mention 
No multimedia part was replaced 
Battery is fine 
Multimedia software is 1800

I dont care, I am used to it

Its just like that nowadys

When I had tiguan (2022) there was no so much of it (only at the beginning)

 

I guess the eproblem is because sistem is not getting wireless software, or the xause is connection to the internet or phone

Certificatied shop dosent know what's wrong...

that is a problem

I drive the car once a day with 2 starting and it happens cca every 14 days

I think you have a real problem and should try some other service shop

My service shop told me they are sending all the info and videos I gave them 

to a Skoda software technician 

but haven't heard an update from them almost a week from now

thats the reason why I will never buy again car that belongs to VAG group - I am dissapointed with services and their relations to the customers (with this car and the previous vw car)

the quality is not the strong point in vw group cars either

Yes 

The service shop replaced the head unit under warranty and it fixed the problem

What do you mean by "head unit" - is it infotainment screen or something else?

It happens to me every 14 days....today it wouldnt stop until i shut of the car twice....quality of todays products is very poor....

And climate control isbon infotainment so couldnt stop the blowing...

in past 2 days, when I start the car - active omponent protection + rear camera not available

and than after 1-2 minutes infotainment reboots himself and then it is all ok

and this happens every cca 14 days only on start-up of the car

weird

 

I think it is issue something between bluetooth + skoda connect application + cars battery

 

i didnt contact skoda dealer/service because they (as I read elswhere on Internet) are helpless

****ty product I guess....lets drive it for copule of years and than sell it - thats the only way to go

 

dissapointed with Tiguan 2022.

Sattisfied with Golf 2009.

I will never buy VAG car again
