How to change instrument panels lights?

Hi,

 

I got a ‘12 sedan. Does someone have a guide on how to change instrument panel lights?

Mine is dark on the rev counter side and semi-dark on speeder.

Unfortunately you can't just replace the bulbs, you'll have to use a specialist who can desolder and resolder new LEDs in. Current marketplace for that is anywhere between £150 to £180
