Karoq 2022 FL - Bluetooth issue

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Android Auto and Xiaomi phones lately (it might not necessarily be Xiaomi-related)? My wife and I both have Xiaomi phones. I have Xiaomi 11T, and she has Poco X3. My phone connects normally to Android Auto, and I can make calls, listen to Spotify, and YouTube Music without any issues. Her phone also connects normally and can use all apps, but when making a call, it produces only robotic sounds and static. The other party cannot hear the caller, nor can the caller hear the person being called.

I tried resetting the phone, unpairing it from the car's Bluetooth, and pairing it again, but so far, none of my attempts have yielded results.
