P2100 p2101 p2012 p2103

Hi all does anyone have any information on these faults codes, I have taking out the throttle actuator and there is no major carbon build up or the internal cogs are all fine. I recently got the car back after getting new piston rings installed and the head fully rebuilt, the car still has perfect power and is not in limp mode, the heater plug and engine light is on constantly while driving. Could the actuator still be faulty or is the anywhere else to check before I pay for a new one as the car has cost me a good bit in the last few months and don’t want to be wasting money.
