How many miles has the car done and is it running the original engine?

 The car is on 86k and I'm assume it's the original engine as the paper work I have doesn't mention anything of a replacement engine..

It might well be one of those that did not need a Replacement Engine or a 2010 that never got a Short Block and rebuild before they started doing Base Unit replacements.

Skoda UK were not good as far as paperwork or the DVLA being notified of supposed like for like engine replacements and they claim the same engine numbers were kept. 

They lie.

Is there a sticker in the boot showing '34F7' for the DQ200 DSG being in for the Recall Action' to change the Synthetic oil for mineral and the software update?

That was started early 2014.

Any record of the Breather Mod being done.  Usually only if someone reported high oil use?
