Karoq 2022 - cant make phone calls

Hi,

when connecting phone with the car I am getting the message:

Current device supports AAC codec. However, AAC cannot play audio due to compatibility issues. The device automatically switched to the SBC codec.

You can change this in Settings.

Phone pairs with car but when making phone calls it produces robotic, static sound. 

I cannot hear the other side and the other side cannot hear me. 

I have tried:

resseting bluetooth settings
unpair and pair again

change codec in developer mode 

update OS 

clear bluetooth cache and date

reset infotaiment 

but without any help

Phone is Poco X3 Pro.
