Bluetooth calls issue

Hi,

Over the past couple of weeks I've been having issues with accepting and making calls via Bluetooth. If someone rings me, and I accept the call, it's like the call is connected but they can't hear me and I can't hear them. Same for if I ring out it'll say it's connected the call but again they can't hear me and I can't hear them? My phone comes up as connected on the infotainment system too. 

Not sure if the issues have started with a recent update to the infotainment system? 

Anyone else having issues like this?
