MK2 RS Fog Lights

My 06 Octavia failed the Swedish MOT because my left side fog light points too far up. It has the round fog lights and from what I’ve seen on Youtube, getting to the bulb is a bit of a pain since you have to take the wheel, skid plate, and fender liner off. Is there any other way to get to it? It seems that you can pop the plastic ring around the light off, but I’m not 100% sure. Figured it’s better to ask here first before trying to take it off and breaking everything 😅
