Vin check repair where to look?

Hello, I'm using carvertical now it shows that car has been repaired in front 1000-1500EUR. Is there any place where I can buy full history? I would like to see detailed information about this crash (what's fixed). Maybe someone works in Skoda, and have access to this data, for some reward. 

 

As I understand car have been repaired in official dealership, so only taking off bumper and painting it would cost 500EUR.

 

Anyway when buying car I will check it throughly but I cannot see whats under bumper without taking it off.

 

PS I have seen some paid apps giving full information, I just don't know what they are called. Help.
