Unit occasionally resets. Would a firmware update help?

Also where would I get the firmware. Photo included

 

 

I sent you on PM link to download firmware. Pls note it will requires maps re-installation after the upgrade.

Hi. Downloaded and burnt to a vabatim disc really slowly. 

Inserted it and nothing. 

Tried setup, volume and mic I think it was and this asks you to insert sw cd .

Inserted it then and still nothing. 

Bit baffled.

Kindly sent me the link as I need an update on my Satnav 

Pls share current SW version or picture of the label from upper cover of your unit first.
