Jump Start your car with an 18volt drill battery? Don't try this at home!

Featured Replies

Watching the "shorts" on you tube I watched in amazement as a car was jumpstarted

with an 18volt Makita battery and a couple of craft knife blades.

Now modern cars with computers everywhere and 18volts worries me somewhat!

but at the same time fascinates me are there any circumstances where any of you

would try this or is it a walk in the park and I am too chicken to try it?

My first car was an old beetle with 6v electrics. I had a secondary 12v to make sure it started ;)
