A nice clock

Featured Replies

I have a mk1 octavia 1.9 tdi

This is probably just me being picky, however, most of my previous cars have had a nice clock centrally mounted and easy to see all the time.

Yes, the octacvia has a clock if you cycle thru about 10 pages on the lcd dash rev counter display - but i want one i can glance at.

Do skoda do a nice one I can insert below my radio in that little gap between that and climate control - or shall I choose my second idea which is to buy a nice aftermarket one and retro fit it into the space.....

Does anyone else miss the clock? :) any pics of such a device?

A few on here have added dials to the section you mention such as boost guage, oil temperature etc. so there would be no reason as to why you could'nt fit a clock.

Yes, this is annoying. My previous car, a MK3 golf L had a clock on the standard Sony radio, the Skoda baged Grundig radio on my SLX Tdi Octavia appears not to have one.

Oh yes the Golf had a rear wash/wipe........But would I go back to the Golf !!!!!

My next purchase will be to change the Grundig for a Mp3 unit that will also display the time.
