When I look up my VIN on the website here:

I get a list of nifty features. Including remote air-conditioning. When I look at the howto videos it talks about tiles in the app. In the app I have these options:

Support gives me a standard canned answer about reinstalling everything on the (fully up to date) iphone. Would that actually help?
