While on the subject guys, what involved with Skoda's "Official" speaker upgrades for the Fabia? I know they do a Rear sub for £99, but they do speaker upgrades too. I looked at my speakers but they seem to be bolt riveted on, if thats the right term?

Yeah, they are. For upgrades, I think you need to look elsewhere to uprate the woofers. The usual route is to drill out the old speakers, and use the holes to bolt wooden speaker mounts. Then new woofers can be screwed into these. :)

thanks guys:)

If you want to mount them in the original place in a fabia combi you can mount no bigger than 10x16cm speakers. For the fronts you can mount the 6.5" with some adapter rings. I was also looking into puting something bigger in the back but there is no room.
