We have Skoda Superb 2020 and we have problem with air conditioning in the backseats. In the front we have hot air, but in the back is always cold. On the dashboard we do not have option for regulating backseat air conditioning. Please help.

IIRC I don't have a back seat option to. but generally similar to the front, I don't sit in the back very often though.

Does it give out any heat? Hot or cold?

Just asking, can you control the heat in the back from the back heat control?

Mine is a 2016 model and it has heating control at the back

No, it always blow only cold air, no matter what temperature we choose.

 

We really dont know what to do and how to control it.

The rear heating system with only 2 zones is controlled by the passenger temperature setting.

 

if you set this to max heat, what happens in the rear vents? And is there any air flow?

have you also adjusted the flap direction to vents?
