i live in portugal and bought this jan 20 and has 85000 kms. Now the dq200 whines and judders intermittent but i think more frequent.

I am under extended warranty. Has anyone ever had skoda/vw changed a gearbox or disc pack under warranty due to this?

Clutch packs are covered under the manufacturers terms and conditions with DSG,s. So best read your warranty and then get the car in for a diagnosis with an Authorised Repairer.
