Horrible clunking sound on cold start...

goes away once warm but comes back after about an hour that the car is turned off. I also have a strange intake noise around 2000rpm in gears 1 through 3 and quietens in the higher gears. I assume it to be a turbo or airbox noise but im not sure.

I can provide video of the startup noise

Hi guys, Just looking for a few opinions here. Bought my wife a 2012 Mk2 Fabia (1.2 Greenline TDI CR CFWA) a couple of weeks ago from a reputable small garage. MIL appeared after about 8-9 days. Comes on for hours then off again. Rinse and repeat. It is throwing 3 codes: P2016 - Intake Manifold Position Sensor (Circuit low) P2015 - Intake Manifold Position Sensor (Range performance) P0672 - Cylinder 2 Glow Plug Circuit I saw that you can use a bracket to limit the actuator movement on the

Hi. I know there's a 'considering buying' forum but this is about an oldie so I thought this may be a better place to post...(a query for the long committed fans?)? I already have a 2005 Octavia Estate (1.9TDI PD105) and it is by a country mile the BEST car I have EVER owned. I bought it in 2013 for <£2.5k and apart from needing to do the clutch straight away it hasn't needed much over the 80k miles I've done in it since. Hey. I have a 22 model without original amp and sub, so its not the amp that overheats.. it keeps turning the volume up and its f .. annoying. Anyone have this problem??
