I have a mk1 octavia vrs hatch and the drivers seat rocks when you get in and out .

So I removed the seat and found a small plastic guide spacer broken , now I have looked but can't find a replacement,  HELP 

Parts like that are not sold separately. 

I suggest you getting a seat or seat base from a Mk1 Octavia, Mk4 Golf or a Seat Leon to get the mechanism from. 

It does not have to be a VRS. All the seats have the same adjustment mechanism.

Have a word with your local 'Maker' centre to see if someone would 3D print one for you.
